US spammers this is a list I have complied for the last few years of spammers net blocks that have actually send spam to my customers.
Most of the owners of these net blocks have never even responded to many complaints and to this day allow spam to be sent by their customers.
Spews comes to mind when I use this approach to filtering. If you allow any of your customers to send spam then all of your ip addresses should be rejected.
Non US ip addresses This is a list of non-us ip net bocks that have actually send spam to my customers. If the rest of the world is not going to even lift a finger to help stop spam, then they should be ignored. This list does just that! China, Korea and Europe are just a few that don't care about spam!
If you find yourself in one of the above listed net blocks please feel free to request for removal. I must warn you it will not be easy. Also you must "own" the net block or I will ignore your request.
